The truth is I didn't believe it, but it does work. You have to let a layer of hair accumulate on the brush to remove it easily; it makes the hair of the many pets soft and it's less traumatic than bathing them.
It arrived well before the deadline, everything came in good condition and is working so far. I've tested it with water and the steam really works. The material is good, charging normally so far. For the price, I recommend it.

It's really good even though the box came broken, but it's great for removing my cat's hair. This is the third one I've ordered because friends asked for mine and they didn't bring it home... in short, it's great, which is why I say they didn't bring it home because they decided to keep mine, so I placed another order.
